I didn’t really want to be on Lexapro or some other anti-med and even had an evaluation that determined I did not have GAD but working through adjusting to this new normal along with all the deaths. Ken’s book has helped me push through the uncertainty and develop a new lifestyle of boldness and confidence. Even more so, I have learned how to find peace in imperfection and release the super woman cape. This season has been a very hard season for most of us and this book really helps to put things into perspective and break away from COVID anxiety.
